dip de usturoi cu iaurt

Chiftelele de dovlecei despre care va povesteam ieri n-ar fi fost la fel de gustoase daca nu le serveam in compania acestui dip de usturoi cu iaurt si marar.

PRET: 5 lei

INGREDIENTE:
– 1 legatura de marar
– 1 capatana de usturoi
– 1 lingura de ulei
– 100 ml. iaurt

MOD DE PREPARARE:
– am curatat usturoiul; l-am zdrobit si l-am frecat cu sare si ulei
– am tocat fin mararul si l-am adaugat la usturoi, impreuna cu iaurtul; am amestecat pana am obtinut o compozitie omogena
